Manoj S began his association with yoga and spiritual learning at the Vivekananda Ashram in 1997. He completed a 500-hour Master of Yoga Teacher Training certification in Delhi, further enhancing his understanding of yoga practices and teaching methodologies. He also completed a Diploma in Yoga Natural Pathology Science from Mahatma Gandhi University, securing First Class Honours.
His dedication to yoga extended beyond conventional teaching. Manoj gained international exposure through a six-month experience in the Netherlands related to yoga therapy. This opportunity enabled him to explore yoga from a therapeutic perspective while broadening his understanding of its applications.
Throughout his 25-year journey, Manoj S has remained dedicated to teaching and sharing the knowledge of yoga. His experience encompasses traditional learning, teacher training, advanced education, yoga therapy, and competitive achievements.
His accomplishments at both district and state levels further demonstrate his commitment and ability in the field of yoga. These achievements represent the result of years of disciplined practice, perseverance, and continuous learning.
